Spinifex Transfers – Website Booking Terms & Conditions
By booking a transfer through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
1. Payment
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking through our website.
Spinifex Transfers is a cashless service – no payments are accepted in vehicles.
2. Pickup Times
Please be ready at your pickup location at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
Preferred pickup times are not guaranteed, even when payment is received. We will allocate you the closest available time within our operating schedule and advise you of any changes.
Drivers cannot delay the schedule for individual passengers.
3. Not Ready / No-Show Policy
Our drivers will arrive at the specified pickup location at the scheduled time.
If you are not present within 2 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, and no contact has been made, the driver must depart to remain on schedule for other customers.
In this case, the full fare remains payable, and no refund will be issued.
4. Flight Delays & Arrivals
Where possible, we monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly.
If your flight is delayed, we will do our best to accommodate you, but service remains subject to vehicle availability.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Airport Transfers (website bookings):
Full refund if cancelled 4 hours or more before pickup.
No refund if cancelled within 4 hours of pickup or in the event of a no-show.
Changes may be requested in writing (email or text) and are subject to availability.
Private & Group Bookings:
Cancellation terms will apply as per the individual quote provided.
Provider Cancellations:
Spinifex Transfers reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. mechanical issues, safety concerns).
In this case, a full refund or service credit will be issued. No further compensation or liability will apply.
6. Liability
While every effort is made to meet scheduled pickup and drop-off times, delays caused by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, road conditions, flight delays) may occur.
Spinifex Transfers accepts no liability for missed flights or connections due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Conduct & Safety
Federal law requires all passengers to wear seatbelts in seatbelt-equipped vehicles.
Children under 7 years are not permitted in the front passenger seat.
Spinifex Transfers does not provide booster seats, capsules, or child restraints. Parents/guardians must provide and correctly fit any required child restraints.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who poses a safety risk or behaves in a disruptive, offensive, or unsafe manner.
8. Cleaning & Damage
A $150 cleaning fee applies if a vehicle requires professional cleaning due to vomit, food/drink spills, or other incidents.
Any damage caused to the vehicle as a result of passenger actions will be invoiced at cost.
9. Lost Property
Spinifex Transfers is not responsible for items left in vehicles.
Any items found will be held for 48 hours before being disposed of.
Important Notice
These terms and conditions apply specifically to bookings made through our website. By completing your booking and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
